2 Months and Smiles!

Alivia's second month was full of cuteness! For the first time in a while we were actually awake for New Years! Only because we fell asleep on the couch and then woke up for a feeding right around then!

Alivia right after midnight!

New Years morning Alivia decided to give us her first real "social" smiles!

We discovered an authentic Brazilian restaurant close to our house. We have been there many times since!

Alivia's first(or first picture in) snow! That's about the most we ever had in Virginia!

I had to!

Daddy tried to teach Alivia to love watching football....she didn't make it very far!

The "BYU guys" with their babies! It was so much fun that we all had girls so close together!

Christmas 2013

With both sets of parents coming out for Alivia being born, we ended up deciding to stay in Virginia and have Christmas with just the three of us. Some people from the ward were nice enough to invite us over for Christmas Eve dinner. Christmas was pretty relaxing and we got to chat with all of our family!

We were pretty slow getting our Christmas Tree. We ended up getting it the Saturday before Christmas. Abram was really nice and drove us all over trying to find one! We finally found a tree lot that was breaking everything down. But we got our Christmas tree!

This is what happens when you try to take a really cute pinterest-like picture with a 4 week old!

Finally got the Christmas tree decorated Christmas Eve night!

Alivia letting Aunt Amalie know how she feels about not seeing her!

We were sad to not be around family for Christmas but Christmas had a whole new feel with a brand new baby in our lives. We are looking forward to next Christmas when Alivia will be a little more interested in opening presents!
