Pre-baby happenings!

Before I get into what everyone actually wants to hear about (the baby), here's a quick run down of some if the things we did from August to November.

In August, we flew back to Washington again for Abram's brother Rogan's wedding. They are one of the most awesome couples ever and we love them both! (I stole the photo from Lynsey's Facebook)

Abram's sister Rachael and I were trusted with making their wedding cake and cupcakes. It was pretty stressful trying to figure it out but it ended up turning out pretty well!

We went to the BYU/UVA game in Charlottesville with some friends. It was crazy to see how many BYU fans were there. It was very eventful with the lightening delay and POURING rain! And also to see how well prepared the UVA fans were over the BYU fans!

I went to a Beach Boys concert with some people from our ward while Abram was on a recruiting trip for Capital One at BYU.

One of Abram's co-workers convinced him to coach her son's 10-year old soccer team. It was a fun experience going to practices and games!

The tree outside our townhouse. Fall colors in Richmond are beautiful and ever changing!

My halloween costume! We only had 1 month left at this point.

Ocean Shores

Right after going though the temple, some of the family headed over to Ocean Shores for a quick family vacation. The weather turned out to be chilly for some of the days but we had a fun time in a house all together playing card games, horse shoes, flying kites, and going to the beach. Rogan bought a skimboard which Abram became addicted to and had to buy one for when we went to Virginia Beach. We were happy we got to spend time with Abram's parents, grandparents, some of his siblings, and his niece and nephew!

The mist across the water was so pretty!

Wyatt pushing his little sister. Kinsley around the beach!

We tried to get Wyatt to touch the foam but he didn't go for it.

Rogan testing out the skimboard!

Abram on the skimboard. Those of you that know Abram very we'll know how much he HATES the cold. This water wasn't very warm at all but that is how much fun he had on the skim board!

Wyatt wanted to try skimboarding too!

Last family vacation before the little one comes!

Kendell's Graduation and Temple!

After spending time with my family in California we flew up to Washington for a couple important events and fun time with Abram's family. While there I turned 25, which for some reason feels so much older to me then 24! Abram's brother Rogan got engaged while we were there also. His baby brother graduated from high school! And let me just express how happy I am to be done with graduations. When I had a graduating class of 53, going to a "normal" graduation seems to last forever! We are so proud of Kendell and we were so happy to be able to celebrate with him especially since we had moved across the country!

Waving at the family in the stadium!

The brother's serious picture. It's either a serious picture or a goofy picture. There aren't inbetweens for these brothers!

Siblings and parents(minus Rachael)

Kendell did SUCH a good job and actually took a nice picture and of course Rogan and Abram ruined it!

The other special event that we went to Washington for was Amalie and Kendell went through the Seattle Temple! Abram and I hadn't been since we were married(5 years ago in August) so it was a nice reminder. It was such a special time having all of the siblings in the temple together. I love them both so much!

Graduation!!

Well I'm only a year behind on blogging! And of course it has been the most eventful year of the 5 years that we have been married. So here we go! In April, Abram graduated from BYU with a degree in Information Technology. I'm so proud of him and appreciate the hard work that he put in along the way.

We are grateful for our amazing support system!

We also took this time with all of our family being there to let them know that we were going to be having a baby in November. Since we like to pack so much into a small period of time, the week of graduation we packed up the house and trailer to have our stuff shipped, I left my job of five years, Abram had his last finals, cleaned our apartment, Abram graduated on Friday, and 3 days later we flew to Richmond to start our new adventure.
